The World Macedonian Congress – Australia (WMC-A) and in support of Macedonian community groups and associations, National Executive Co-Chairmen Mr. Jim Stefanovski and Mr. Goran Kotev, have publicly condemned and protested Ms. Hilary Clinton’s recent provocative statements that she lost the US Elections …solely as a result of recent events from Macedonia.

Ms. Clinton has taken an offensive approach to Macedonians worldwide in her defamatory accusations, instead of berating her own campaign team in the recent election loss. The inference of politically being sabotaged by an entire country is offensive and demeaning to Macedonia and Macedonians worldwide.

The handful of teenage hackers, spammers from Veles in Macedonia were paid from clickbait articles that were pro-Trump, not only targeted Hilary Clinton but also Bernie Sanders campaign with fake news, by linking to websites through social media which came toward the end of the US campaign trail.

It is inconceivable, that Hilary Clinton would blame the loss of her future presidency on a handful of young teenagers from Macedonia, especially, in regard to blaming the entire country. Macedonia has working bilateral relationships with the US.

The World Macedonian Congress- Australia would like to express in the strongest possible terms, condemnation of presidential candidate Hilary Clinton for her offensive, defamatory and provocative commentary against Macedonia.
